Reviews and Ratings
Baan Panwa Resort and Spa offers a unique escape surrounded by lush rainforest and boasts beautiful rooms that reflect Thai culture. The peaceful atmosphere is perfect for relaxation, although dining options can be limited, and the pool area needs better maintenance. Overall, it's a charming spot, but be cautious about food choices and ensure the pool is clean before diving in.
During my stay at Baan Panwa, I found it to be a quiet retreat, perfect for relaxation. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are modern and clean, though inconsistent odors and thin walls detracted from the experience. While the dining options were decent and affordable, the isolated location made it inconvenient for exploring Phuket. Overall, it's a decent pitstop but not ideal for a longer stay.
I spent 12 nights at Baan Panwa, which turned out to be a bit isolated for my taste. While the hotel looked decent and the rooms were clean, the unpleasant smells were hard to ignore. The dining options were affordable, but the bar closed early. The beach was not suitable for swimming, and there were issues with aggressive dogs nearby. Overall, it's a place to consider for a short stopover, but not for a longer stay.
Baan Panwa Resort and Spa offers a tranquil escape amidst nature, with clean and comfortable rooms. The pool is stunning, adding to the overall experience. However, the location is quite remote and the beach itself was disappointing as it is muddy and not suitable for swimming. While the staff is polite and accommodating, finding the resort can be a bit challenging, and not exactly an ideal spot for those looking to easily access local attractions.
This resort has beautiful grounds that are well-kept, perfect for a relaxing getaway, though it might not meet the five-star expectations. The spacious rooms are clean and comfortable, but some updates are needed. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the pool area is delightful for a refreshing swim. However, the location is quite isolated with limited nearby dining options, and the restaurant food could definitely use some improvement.
